Tahoe Brewfest Volunteers Enjoying the Festival

Ways You Can Help

The Morning Crew (Setup)

Get the work done early! Help set up tents, tables, and signage before the gates open.

The Welcome Wagon (Front Gate)

You are the first face our guests see. Whether you are scanning tickets, checking IDs, applying wristbands, or handing out tasting glasses, you are the key to getting the party started.

VIP Hosts

Manage the exclusive VIP spaces. You ensure the vibe stays premium and that only VIP wristbands enter the lounge.

Merch & Photo Squad

Keep the energy high. Help guests get the perfect shot at the photo booth or sling official Tahoe Brewfest gear at the merch tent.

Floaters & Clean Up

For the movers and shakers. Fill in where needed during the event or help us break down the block party to leave Ski Run cleaner than we found it.
