OFFICIAL RULES: NIGHT IN THE COUNTRY 2026 VIP PASS GIVEAWAY

NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR

This Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Night in the Country Nevada Music Festival ("Sponsor"), in conjunction with Tahoe Brewfest, located at 1100 Lyons Ave, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

 

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on May 22nd, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on June 22, 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

 

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are three (3) methods of entry:

 

a. Online Entry

To enter online, visit www.tahoebrewfest.com/nitc-giveaway and complete the official Giveaway entry form during the Promotion Period. Entrants must provide all requested information to be eligible.

 

b. Automatic Entry with Tahoe Brewfest Ticket Purchase

Persons who purchase a General Admission or VIP ticket to Tahoe Brewfest during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. A ticket purchase provides no additional entries beyond the single entry available to all participants free of charge. Purchasing a ticket does not improve your odds of winning.

 

c. Mail-in Entry

To enter via mail, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3"x5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received no later than June 22, 2026 to be eligible.

 

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive two (2) VIP passes to Night in the Country 2026, scheduled to take place July 23–25, 2026. The VIP experience includes main stage views, exclusive entrance access, the Western Nevada Supply VIP Tent with shaded seating, and complimentary meals and beverages. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,360.

 

Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. No substitutions will be made, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on June 23, 2026, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone on June 23, 2026. The winner must respond and claim the prize by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on June 23, 2026. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or fails to claim the prize by the deadline, an alternate winner may be selected.

 

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Night in the Country Nevada Music Festival, Tahoe Brewfest, the Boys and Girls Club of Lake Tahoe and their respective affiliates, partners, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, or postage-due entries or for any technical errors that may occur in the administration of the Promotion.

9. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in El Dorado County, California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
