2 Towns Ciderhouse out of Corvallis, OR is bringing a taste of the Pacific Northwest to the 2026 Tahoe Brewfest, and they're not cutting any corners to get there. This cidery has built its whole identity around doing things the slow, honest way.

Who They Are

2 Towns Ciderhouse was founded on the belief that the long history of cidermaking demands respect and deserves to be done right. They start with 100% fresh-pressed apples sourced exclusively from local Oregon and Washington farms, then slow-ferment everything at cold temperatures. That extra time keeps the natural character and aromatics of the fruit intact, so there's no need for concentrates, refined sugars, or shortcuts of any kind.

What They're Pouring

2 Towns is bringing a full lineup built for summer sipping:

• Cosmic POG — Passionfruit, clementine, and pink guava cider.

• Guava Get Down — Pink guava cider from India.

• Peel Out — Their take on a fresh summer radler, made with grapefruit.

• Dry Fidelity — A clean, super dry apple cider.

• Craftwell Hibiscus Lemonade — A floral, citrus cocktail.

• Craftwell Peach Mojito — Minty peach summer goodness.

• Craftwell SMASH — A 7% RTD.

• Non-alcoholic ciders — A nice selection for the DDs in the group.

What Makes Them Tick

Ask 2 Towns what sets their sampling approach apart, and it comes down to giving people something they can actually go buy. As they put it: "We don't like sampling things you can't buy and take home. I want you to be able to try something you saw on the shelf and maybe weren't sure about, so you'll be sure the next time you're at the grocery store and take it with you." Right now, they're leaning into bold seasonal flavors with their own spin, guava being a favorite right now.

What to Expect

First-timers should start with the Cosmic line. "Our Cosmic ciders are the flagship of our lineup," the team shared. "They drink like an easy summer beverage but clock in at 8% ABV, so a lot of bang for your buck here!" And if cider's never really been your thing, they'd argue you just haven't found the right one yet: "There's a cider for everyone, even if you don't think you like cider."

Why Tahoe Brewfest

For 2 Towns, this one's personal. "I love being able to support the local community I live in with the company I work for," they told us. "Boys and Girls saved me more times than I can count by helping with after-school programs."
